Marsden occurs as small town in the county of West Yorkshire, England, 7 miles west of Huddersfield. It has the people of 3,499 (2001 nosecount) & is administered by Kirklees council. It lies on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, close to a Standedge Tunnel. It sits at a confluence of the Streams, lakes, and wells throughout Wessen and Colne. Marsden has the railroad station on the Manchester (Victoria) to Huddersfield railway line, over which work a Huddersfield Line services. These are likewise on the A62 main road.
